Inspiracija Kolumne Text by Dejan Kovačević

Boys, boys, boys

Do sledeće kolumne…

Arrivederci

This week I decided to dedicate this article to stylish boys. Due to the fact that Balkan Peninsula Men’s fashion is quite neglected in comparison to the female, and that a small number of designers in fact design menswear for young and hip boys, most of those young guys search their own ways to present their personality and attitude towards the clothing. In addition to shopping at Zara, H & M, and other brands of mass production for most of us it is hard to find clothes that are in “High Street” rank to buy, and you can often see some other boy wearing the same shirt or coat that you bought.
Very often I bring clothes from Italy to my friends in Serbia, and many of them even sow separate things with a seamstress in order to manage to complete their look and have something unique and special.

On this occasion I would like to pay tribute to some of the designers that despite the menswear market that is not developed are struggling to present their vision of a modern boy and whose pieces I would gladly wear, such as for example IvanMan, Van Gool and Bata Spasojevic.
I would also like to mention that I’m very that there is a small group of young male bloggers who represent their personal vision and are trying to present their different views on men’s fashion in this way, as for example blog “Style by Adrian” which is edited and hosted by Aleksandar Rankovic. Artistic dose of glamor to the male fashion is brought by already well-known stylist Srdjan Sveljo on his website, “Urbanlook”. I admire so much his great desire to present all that is new in our region, and help young designers to get a wider audience.

In this column, I’ll introduce you to some of the world’s street style moments from the streets of Paris and Milan, which are incredibly interesting and innovative. How to combine classic menswear pieces with avant-garde pieces of clothing, sometimes introducing even pieces from the women’s collection, for the sake of an innovative and interesting look for you will be certainly be given some notice on the streets. These guys have style, a sufficient dose of glamour, and carefully contrived aesthetic that immediately when it’s seen, gives a visual impact. Coat that you found in grandpa’s closet does not have to look like it’s from the last era, just throw some swag Givenchy below it.
Due to the weather , and that we have fall instead of the spring, use these examples and apply them to your wardrobe, and be fabulous.

To the next column …

Arrivederci

Dejan
