Dress of the summer 2015? It could be an ethno dress – kaftan by Ukrainian designer Vita Kin, Vyshyvanka, a traditional Ukrainian Costume.
“Ukrainians have a unique method of decorating clothing with embroidery, and that’s always impressed me,” Kin told Vogue earlier this year. “I adapted this ancient heritage into a modern context, adding a seventies vibe, when clothing was more relaxed and friendly. It’s a bohemian eccentricity in a very luxe execution.”
Many fashion editors, stylists and bloggers around the world fell in love with traditional patterns, inspired by east – ethno motifs with Kin’s signature.
We love colours and embroidery, form and length of these dresses so we put them on our wishlist too.
