Nicole and Harlow treated themselves to a manicure in Santa Monica, two days ago.
The designer in black skinny pants, white shirt and blazer, topped off the outfit with a pair of House of Harlow 1960 “Kye” flats in black/leopard. Harlow looks so sweet in her pinky dress.
